Maybe the problem is caused by no default route. Go to “Settings-System-Connectors-Network connectors”. Add a route pointing to the gateway IP.
【About Network】Q6: Port forwarding for JustINA is not successful.
1. Please check whether the port 8324 tcp, 8326 udp is open.
2. Remote operation can be realized in the following ways, but have priority. NAT>Port Mapping>DMZ.
【About Hard Disk】Q1: The hard disk is suddenly not mounted, and the recording path cannot be accessed.
Maybe caused by an abnormal power failure of JustINA, which does not support hot-plugging. Go to “Settings-Admin-Storage”. Please click the pencil button for the unmounted hard disk and click OK to reload.
【Scene Questions】Q1: Background: The customer is using FXO + JustINA + IP Phone and report the low voice on both sides during the call.
1. Turn up the volume on the phone.

1. Check whether the line status between JustINA and FXO is working.

5. Check whether the new phone and JustINA are in the same LAN.
6. Ask the operator whether the number you call is allowed.

1. Ask the operator if the antipodal signals are turned on or changed the configurations.

Modify the DTMF gain setting of FXO to “+2db” and the time interval to 200, 200.

1.Check whether you can access JustINA. Maybe caused by the continuous reboot.

Fill phone's NTP server address to be JustINA address, check whether JustINA’s time is set, the phone will be synchronized automatically.
【Scene Questions】Q7: Background: The customer uses JustINA + FXO + analog phone. The JustINA and FXO are in the same intranet segments but FXS is not. All network is connected, but the FXS fail to register for JustINA.
Because JustINA’s firewall allows access only from trusted network segment. Need to add a new item of Address associations for your segment. Then register again.
【Scene Questions】Q8: Background: The customer is using E1 + JustINA + SIP Phone and report that there is no dial-tone for incoming calls.
Change the dial-tone setting to be "adaptive" on the "IP rule" page of E1.
