1. Maybe the problem with the phone cache. Reboot your phone or clean up the VPN app in the background thoroughly.
2. Maybe the problem with VPN routing. Edit the VPN key and add it inside the client’s configuration file: “redirect-gateway def1”(the key text opens as text, modify the client’s default route to an OpenVPN server).

JustINA does not add other segments in address association. Please add in “Admin-Security-Address association”.

Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again.
