Enter the team ID before the extension number, such as kg-100010.

First, look up your team ID, enter the IP/team ID on the browser URL and log in with username and password. Such as: 192.168.0.1/kg. kg is the team ID.

Login/Logout, Pause, ACW(After Call Work), Dial, Status, Hold, Consult, CB, Conf.(Conference), Trans.(Transfer), Msg(Message).

Recordings for both inbound customer service and outbound marketing can be listened and downloaded from the CDR in the catalog.

For the recording retention time, add a plan to manage it in “System-Recording Plan”.

"System-User-Roles", add a role, click "Priviledges Settings".

8000 HZ, mono sound, wav format.

Static means Agents login in default.

Dynamic means Agents must login through browser for work.

Online means agents only work on browser.

Offline means agents can work on browser or IP phone.
