Q1: Why does the number change configuration not work?

Q2: Taking outbound calls, when I heard IVR and press keys, it is not working.
DTMF Gain is too low. Please go to “Advanced>Media Parameter”, adjust it.
Q3: Making outbound calls, I always hear voice prompts says "the number you dial is an empty number".
DTMF Send Cadence is too long. Please go to “Advanced>Media Parameter”. Set send cadence as 120.
Q4: It will take 10s to hear the dial-tone when making the outbound calls. It's too long.
DTMF Send Cadence is too long . Please go to “Advanced>Media Parameter”. Set send cadence as 120, 100 or 80.Try each for effect. The waiting time is usually about 10s.
Q5: Why the sound is low during a call?
1. Line Gain is too low. Please go to “Advanced>Line Parameter”. Increase the gain.
2. Maybe it's the problem of impedence. Please go to “Tools>FXO Test”to do the FXO test again, start and save.
3. Maybe it's the problem of the low handset mic gain of the telephone. Please increase it.
Q6: Why did the port fail to register all of suddenly?
Please check whether the network is right, if so, port 5060 may be occupied. Please go to “SIP Server” to change the local SIP port.
Q7: Making outbound calls. There is an electricity sound when hearing the dial-tone and an echo during the call.

Yes. Please go to “Advanced>Line Parameter”. Change the fax mode to “Pass-through”.
Q10: The displayed number of an incoming call is the line number setted for the port, instead of real caller's number.
Please go to “Advanced-FXO Parameter”. Set Detect CID as “After Ring”.
Q11: The phone can show caller ID. But incoming call from FXO doesn't show Caller ID。

Q12: The phone lines share the same phone number for incoming and outgoing calls. But why incoming calls don't alway reach IVR?
Maybe caused by the mismatch between the line and FXO's parameter. Please set the port's Auto-Dial Delay Time as 2.
