International > Domestic > Local > Council > Emergency Call.

If the extension’s authority is higher than the route’s or the same, it can match the route. Else, it can’t.

Maybe caused by the wrong numbers. The number added to the black and white lists should be the same as the CDRs’s CID Number.

In “Settings-Call-Contexts”, Enable the DID of the call from ouside.

Then, go to “DIDs” to bind. Also can bind in bulk through Import.

In “Settings-Call-DODs”, add the DOD. Put your DID into Line Number, select a extension to bind.
