Part.2 – Enterprise Requirements & Solutions
Due to business expansion, the current communication system of hospital's can't meet the daily demand of communications, so it hopes to install the IP communication system to meet the communication among the three hospitals. Deployed this IP communication system of 3200 registrations, and helped the hospital to upgrade from analog to IP.
Requirements are as follows :
Requirement 1: The communication demand need to cover three hospitals, each hospital needs IP phone system with about 1,000 registrations. The hospital requires free calls among them.
Equiinet's solution: SINA was deployed in three hospitals. SIP connecting between the SINA, fixing free calls among hospitals.
Meanwhile, deploy the FXS voice gateway, and keep current analog phones.
Requirement 2: In order to keep user's original call habits, set up an agent group in three hospitals, you can call this agent group to seek help with Plus 9 after the extension.
Equiinet's solution: Configure the agent group on the SINA and configure the routes on the SINA, so that the extensions of the hospitals, when calling this agent group, can reach it after adding 9, and get help quickly.
Requirement 3: The three hospitals hope that the 30B+D telephone line can be shared and the telephone line is in Hospital One.
Meanwhile, customer hope that after patients call in to the voice front desk of the 1st hospital, they can follow the navigation process according to the voice prompts, or directly dial the extension number of the main hospital or branch hospitals, and if the extension is busy, they will be quick to hang up, or press # to return to the voice navigation.
Equiinet's solution: EQ-2E1 gateway was deployed in the IT room of the first hospital for connecting 30B+D telephone lines.
The EQ-2E1 voice gateway is connected with the SINA system of the 1st hospital and configured with routing, so that after the patient calls, he can enter the SINA voice navigation, or directly dial the extension number, which can directly reach the 1st hospital , the 2nd hospital and the 3rd hospital extension. Follow the communication demand of hospital, it is decorated with voice navigation, busy alerts and other functions .
Meanwhile, the 2nd and 3rd hospital, can call back to the patient by using the telephone line of1st hospital's.
Requirement 4: The hospital wants to keep up the original dial habits, plus 0 to make local outgoing calls, plus 00 for foreign calls, plus 000 for international calls, and can make a speed dial without pressing #.
Equiinet's solution: Configure routing on SINA and FXS, which keep up the original dial habits of users and improved the speed dialing experience.
