1. Check the firewall logs, this situation is possibly caused by A’s devices with the multi-layer NAT from C to B, but B doesn’t add C on address associations. Adding C, please. Also checking the ICMP packet the firewall intercepted.

2. The multi-layer NAT may cause problems of voice and registering, so reduce using it as much as possible.
