Part.1 -- Enterprise Requirements & Solutions
Branch 1 Requirements:
Requirement 1 : Branch 1 wanted to set up an IP communication system for 600 people, which was connected to the 30B+D line.
SINA-1000 Plus was deployed and connected to 30B+D line through E1 gateway.
Equiinet's Solution : SINA-1000 Plus was provided for Tianjin and connected to 30B+D lines via E1 gateway.
Requirement 2: Each employee has DID number to ensure that customers can reach the employee's extension directly. when calling in the employee can also call back.
Equiinet's Solution: First, the E1 gateway is connected with SINA-1000 Plus via SIP trunk. The last four digits of the line number are the extension number of the employee. For example: when incoming calls are made to 8758225, the E1 gateway automatically removes the first three digits, and extension 8225 will ring. When extension 8225 is called out, the E1 gateway will add the first three digits of 875.
Requirement 3: Customer required to keep the old analog phones.
Equiinet's Solution: Deployed FXS analog gateway, and all analog phones were connected to the FXS, and then the gateway was registered to the SINA system, so that the original analog phones could be used in the enterprise.
Branch 2 Requirements:
Requirement 1: Branch 2 wanted to set up an IP communication system for 5,000 people, and required to connect with the IMS line.
Equiinet's Solution: Provided branch 2 with a SINA-5000 Plus system and connect with the IMS line to the system.
Requirement 2: Customer requested to use some analog phones and add some new IP phones for the management team.
Equiinet's Solution: Connected the customer with a FXS analog gateway, and all analog phones were connected to the FXS gateway, and then the gateway was registered to the SINA system, so that the original analog phones could be used, and the IP phones could be registered to the SINA system.
Requirement 3: The company wants free calls among all branches.
Equiinet's Solution : PHARMARON has set up its own intranet, ie, all the equipment are in a big network, and the SINA system can work in PHARMARON's intranet VPN channel.
1. Create an IP trunk to branch 1's SINA on branch 2'sSINA, and create call routes, such as: add 6 prefix to outgoing calls to branch 2.
2. Create an IP trunk to branch 2's SINA on branch 1's SINA and create call routes, such as: add 6 prefix to outbound calls to branch 1.
Requirement 4 : In order to prevent unexpected situations, PHARMARON would like to backup the SINA system. Ie: Virtual machine backup on local server.
Equiinet's Solution: Equiinet engineers guided the user to set up VMware Workstation and install the SINA (backup), which backed up the data from the SINA (primary) to the SINA (backup) in VMware Workstation.
Requirement 5 : Enterprises start to use Microsoft Teams, and want to connect the Teams SBC Voice Direct Routing service.
Equiinet's Solution: The intergration of the SINA and the SBC, it is easy to connect the Teams Voice Direct Routing service without changing the customer's network structure.

SINA Functions introduction
Unlike justINA, which is positioned as an all-in-one solution, the SINA system is more focused on the needs of enterprises with large registration and high concurrent calls.
1) Support for large concurrent calls. Even if the user needs to register more than 30,000 registration, 1000 concurrent calls, no problem!
2) Video Conference. Support meetme video conference, large concurrent calls. At the same time, users can realize the integration of audio and video conferencing through one system;
3) Easy to use. Whether it is audio conferencing or video conferencing, there is a Web page for management and control. You can also see the status of each extension in the graphical interface;
4)High-availability function. The large registration system, a very important point is to support high-availability. If you are worried about a device will be down, then use two to do high-availability. Once the primary one is down, the second will immediately take over to avoid losses.
