Part 1 - Company Profile

Yisheng New Material Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is located in Changshu, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. The company mainly provides the following services: goods import and export, technology import and export, and new material technology research and development, all of which are conducted in compliance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

During the park's construction, it was necessary to deploy an IP communication system for daily office operations, with the additional requirement of achieving interconnection with other devices, such as security cameras, face recognition access control systems, broadcast sound columns, and one-touch alarm terminals. To meet these needs, the Equiinet team assisted its partner, Shanghai Xianxiu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., in completing the deployment of Internet of Everything (IoE) communication at Changshu Yisheng Technology Park.

Part 2 - Enterprise Requirements & Solutions

Requirement 1：The enterprise park intends to deploy an IP communication system for daily office use. The system should enable desk phones to display camera feeds, and support functions such as remote door opening and public broadcasting.

Equiinet Solution：The company has deployed an Internet of Everything (IoE) middleware system for the enterprise: the SINA DP Converged Dispatching System.

With an IP dispatching platform as its core, the SINA DP Converged Dispatching System realizes interconnection and unified dispatching and command with the customer's existing systems (including video surveillance systems, conference systems, intercom systems, office telephone systems, and broadcasting systems) via the standard Session Initiation Protocol (SIP).

Requirement 2：The enterprise park has applied for external voice lines from an operator and expects the internal office areas to use these lines for daily office communication.

Equiinet Solution：An external voice gateway has been deployed for the enterprise. The gateway is physically connected to the operator's external lines and integrated with the SINA DP Converged Dispatching System through IP connectivity. After the integration, all internal desk phone terminals can make and receive calls via the external lines.

In addition, various models of IP phones have been deployed in the office areas:

EQ-D21: A 100 Mbps dual-port Power over Ethernet (PoE) IP phone, designed for employees' daily office communication.

EQ-J4PG: A gigabit color-screen dual-port PoE IP phone, intended for managers.

EQ-X7A: A gigabit color-screen Wi-Fi video IP phone, tailored for executives.

Requirement 3：Certain special areas of the park, such as equipment rooms and workshops, need to implement one-touch intercom functionality with the duty room. In case of needing assistance, personnel in these areas can make a one-touch call to the duty room for help.

Equiinet Solution：One-touch intercom terminals EQ-i11S have been deployed in areas like equipment rooms and workshops across the park, enabling direct one-touch communication with the central control room for two-way intercom.

Key Features of the One-Touch Intercom Device:

One-touch emergency call to establish real-time audio communication.
IP65 protection rating, providing resistance against dust, water, and impact.
Built-in 3W speaker and Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) algorithm.
Support for SIP protocol and PoE power supply.

Requirement 4：The park requires a broadcasting system to be installed in areas including workshops, offices, and cafeterias to facilitate broadcast notifications. It also expects the system to support zoned broadcasting—for example, duty personnel can independently broadcast messages to workshops or cafeterias separately.

Equiinet Solution：SIP broadcast sound columns EQ-X725P have been deployed in workshops, offices, cafeterias and other areas.

The EQ-X725P is an outdoor broadcast sound column with PoE power supply. It can be directly connected to the IP communication system via the SIP protocol and supports a full range of broadcasting functions.

Requirement 5：Face recognition access control systems need to be installed at the entrance of the office building and in executives' offices. Visitors should be able to use these access control systems to send a one-touch help request to the back-end staff for remote door opening.

Equiinet Solution：Video intercom access control systems that support the SIP protocol, such as ZKTeco TDB08-C, have been deployed at the entrance of the office building and in executives' offices.

When a stranger visits and cannot gain entry, they can send a one-touch help request, which will trigger the ringing of the video phone at the duty room. After answering the call, the duty staff can conduct a video call with the visitor to verify their purpose of visit, and then press the # key on the video phone to remotely unlock the door.

Requirement 6：Duty room staff need to monitor the status of all device extensions and perform unified dispatching tasks, such as conducting zoned broadcasts, viewing feeds from specific cameras, and initiating calls with individual employees.

Equiinet Solution：Professional dispatching console hardware has been deployed in the duty room.

Duty staff can make calls via IP phones and perform related operations on the console screen:

Create broadcast tasks, including zoned broadcasting, scheduled broadcasting, and text-to-speech broadcasting.
Click to view real-time feeds from cameras.
Select a specific desk phone to initiate quick one-on-one calls.

The SINA DP Converged Dispatching System can integrate with office phones, face recognition access control systems, broadcast sound columns, one-touch intercom devices, and other equipment, fulfilling the enterprise's requirements for Internet of Everything (IoE) communication.
The one-touch intercom and help devices feature dustproof, waterproof, and explosion-proof performance, enabling fast and timely two-way communication with the duty room.
The broadcasting system eliminates the need for traditional wiring. It enables IP-based broadcasting for the customer through the network, supporting functions such as zoned broadcasting, music broadcasting, and text-to-speech broadcasting.
Duty staff and management can directly dial extension numbers and view corresponding camera feeds via the dispatching console or video phones, meeting the demand for on-demand real-time monitoring.
When a visitor needs to enter the premises, duty staff can conduct audio and video calls with the visitor through the video phone and unlock the door remotely with one touch.
