Equiinet and its Hangzhou partner, Mr. Zhang: 18957118885, deployed an IP communication system for Lutece, solving the demand for free communication between Lutece's many branded chain stores, and its headquarters.
Part.2 -- Enterprise Requirements & Solutions
Demand 1: Lutece has 50+ offline stores in major cities across China. It hopes to use a set of IP communication system to manage the communication of stores nationwide, and finally realize: free communication between stores and headquarters, and between stores and stores.
Equiinet solution: Rutgers chose Telecom Tianyi Cloud this time, and the Equiinet team assisted the customer to deploy the cloud VINA system on the customer's designated Tianyi Cloud.
And IP phones were deployed in each store and registered to the Cloud VINA system through the public network. All stores can communicate with the headquarter or other stores efficiently and free of charge as long as they have a network, which is simple, efficient and cost-saving.
Requirement 2: Each store of Lutece is equipped with a fax machine, and it is hoped that the fax machine will also be connected to the IP communication system to meet the daily fax requirements.
Eqiinet Solution: Each store is equipped with an S-port voice gateway, and the fax machine is connected to the S-port gateway, and registered to the cloud VINA system through the SIP protocol that comes with the gateway, thus indirectly connecting the fax machine to the cloud system.
The system supports T38 fax, and the final realization: the fax machine can send and receive faxes normally as an extension of Cloud VINA.
Requirement 3: Hangzhou Telecom has set up a dedicated line between the IDC server room and the Tianyi Cloud server room to ensure that the E1 trunking outside line under the IDC server room can be called by the stores in Lutus.
Equiinet solution: Deploy E1 trunk gateway under the switch of IDC server room to access 30B+D outside line. And ensure that the E1 gateway can go to the external network and interface with the cloud VINA system.
Requirement 4: Since Lutece's stores are located in different cities, the customer wants: when the outgoing call is made from the extension of Ningbo store, the incoming call received by the customer will be a Ningbo number; when the outgoing call is made from the store in Hangzhou, the incoming call received by the customer will be a Hangzhou number.
The difficulty here is that the outgoing calls are made from the IDC room in Hangzhou, and the number belongs to Hangzhou; however, the numbers of other cities are needed to provide supportive landing services.
Equiinet solution: Hangzhou Telecom assisted the user to do the landing work of the relevant numbers, and the Equiinet team assisted to do the number routing settings on the E1 gateway.
A Hangzhou number was set up for each store, which was sent to Hangzhou Telecom through the E1 gateway, and Hangzhou Telecom would internally convert the Hangzhou number into a local outside number, such as a Ningbo number.
When a local user in Ningbo calls the Ningbo line, Hangzhou Telecom will convert the Ningbo number to a Hangzhou number, which will then be routed through the E1 gateway, the VINA system, and ultimately to the corresponding store in Ningbo.
Demand five: Lutece hopes that this IP communication system can view call records, call recording, and hopes that the system has a very convenient remote maintenance function.
Equiinet Solution: The VINA system has powerful statistical functions, such as: viewing call records, call recording, downloading recordings, and very rich statistical reports, such as: inbound and outbound statistics, IVR statistics, etc. The maintenance of the VINA system is through the Web interface;
