Part.1 – Enterprise Introduction

Customer Background:

The integrator partner aims to deploy an Internet of Everything (IoE) Communication System in the customer’s power plant and steel plant, enabling office communication, broadcast announcements, access control intercom, and remote monitoring needs within the factory premises.

Part.2 – Enterprise Requirements & Solutions

Requirement 1:

The factory consists of multiple areas including office zones, workshops, central control rooms, and entrances/exits.The customer expects an IoE Communication System to meet needs such as daily office communication, workshopbroadcast announcements, scheduled and music broadcasts, remote monitoring, and employee access management.

Equiinet Solution: Deploy IoE Communication System - Broadcast Edition: SINA 200 DP

Office Communication Module: Supports connection of IP phones and video phones for barrier-free communication; also features voice attendant, multi-party conference calls, call transfer, and call recording.

IP Broadcast Module: Supports global broadcasting, zoned broadcasting, music broadcasting, intercom broadcasting, and emergency broadcasting.

IoE Communication Module: Seamlessly integrates with SIP video access control devices, SIP sound columns, SIP cameras, SIP power amplifiers, and other equipment.

Requirement 2：The customer wishes to deploy access control devices at entrances/exits for personnel management—employeescan enter via password or face recognition, while visitors are restricted from unauthorized access.

Equiinet Solution:

(1) Deploy ZKTeco’s SIP video access control at entrances/exits for efficient personnel management. Employees can pass through face recognition, card swiping, password, or fingerprint; backend administrators can view access records.

(2) Deploy large-screen video phone EQ-X7A in the central control room. When visitors are denied access, they can one-click call the central control room; administrators conduct video calls with visitors to verify identities before remotely unlocking the door.

Requirement 3：The customer’s workshops are noisy with significant dust. They require stable and clear real-time communication between workshop employees and the central control room.

Equiinet Solution：Deploy industrial phone EQ-PA-21L in workshops.

Key Features：Explosion-proof aluminum alloy casing (wall thickness ≥5mm), IP66 protection rating, AI intelligent noise reduction, SIP protocol support, audio-visual call alerts, low-light visible keypad, and built-in 30W power amplifier (supports external speakers/signal lights).

Requirement 4：The customer wants the central control room to directly broadcast to workshops. Most workshops have network cables installed, while a few areas do not.

Equiinet Solution:

(1) Workshops with network cables: Deploy PoE-powered SIP sound columns. A single network cable provides network connectivity, power supply, and audio source. The sound columns feature IP65 protection rating, durability, and clear, noise-free audio.

(2) Workshops without network cables: Deploy SIP power amplifiers in weak current wells. One end of the SIP power amplifierconnects to the network switch via a network cable; the other end links to analog sound columns via audio cables, solving the challenge of using analog sound columns in areas without network coverage.

Requirement 5：To better monitor production progress, the customer wants the central control room to access real-time workshop operation footage anytime.

Equiinet Solution:

(1) Deploy Hikvision SIP cameras (overseas version) in key monitoring areas of workshops. These cameras support SIP protocol, PoE power supply, one-click call for real-time monitoring, and two-way intercom (deterrent announcements).

(2) Deploy large-screen video phone EQ-A320 in the central control room. Administrators can one-click call SIP camera extensions to view monitoring footage, conduct real-time intercom, and remotely manage access control.
