【About VPN】Q8. The mobile phone VPN connection with WIFI or 3G is successful, but cannot enter JustINA intranet.

1. Maybe the problem with the phone cache. Reboot your phone or clean up the VPN app in the background thoroughly.
2. Maybe the problem with VPN routing. Edit the VPN key and add it inside the client’s configuration file: “redirect-gateway def1”(the key text opens as text, modify the client’s default route to an OpenVPN server).
