Lizhen Precision Manufacturing (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd., is mainly engaged in smart connected devices and solution services, as well as professional OEM/ODM business. Its core product portfolio includes smartphones, smart speakers, and smart handheld devices.

Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Luxshare Precision") was founded on May 24, 2004, and successfully listed on the SME Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on September 15, 2010. Since its listing, the company has achieved an annual compound growth rate (CAGR) of 50% in operating revenue. In 2023, it recorded an operating revenue of RMB 231.9 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 8.35%, and a net profit of RMB 10.953 billion, with a year-on-year growth of 19.53%.

To improve internal communication efficiency and realize converged communication across multiple devices, Lizhen Precision aims to deploy an IP converged communication system that can integrate with various communication terminals, including video phones, one-touch video intercoms, and SIP sound columns.

Part 2 - Enterprise Requirements & Solutions

Requirement 1：Lizhen Precision requires broadcast and video call functions in industrial premises such as workshops and the central control room, to facilitate command and dispatch of various departments in production operations and improve production efficiency.

The Internet of Everything Phone System - Broadcast Version has core features of IP broadcasting, supporting music broadcasting, scheduled broadcasting, zoned broadcasting, voice announcement broadcasting, and text-to-speech broadcasting. It also supports video call functionality.

Requirement 2：Lizhen Precision plans to install one-touch video intercom terminals at each production site, enabling one-to-one video calls with the central control room.

In addition, it requires video phones to have a multi-level address book function, supporting hierarchical viewing of extension numbers across different areas.

Requirement 3：Lizhen Precision needs to conduct scheduled broadcasting at fixed times every day, e.g., playing music during rush hours (7:00–8:30 and 19:00–20:30).

Equiinet Solution：

（1）Deploy EQ-X750 SIP Speaker at each broadcasting site. These SIP Speaker are network-based and can be easily installed with just network cables and power supply.

（2）Configure scheduled broadcasting tasks on the Internet of Everything Communication System - Broadcast Version, and bind the target music files for automatic playback.

Requirement 4：In emergency situations, Lizhen Precision requires video phones to initiate emergency voice broadcasts to specific sound columns; after the phone call is ended, the sound columns should automatically resume daily music broadcasting.

Equiinet Solution：The Internet of Everything Phone System - Broadcast Version supports an emergency broadcasting function

Emergency broadcasting has the highest priority. During ongoing music broadcasting, users can initiate emergency broadcasts simply by dialing the dedicated emergency broadcast number. Once the emergency broadcast ends, the system automatically switches back to music broadcasting.

Requirement 5：Lizhen Precision expects the Internet of Everything Communication System - Broadcast Version to interface with the local NTP (Network Time Protocol) server, achieving unified time management for all connected devices.

Requirement 6：With the continuous expansion of business, Lizhen Precision plans to add more terminals such as one-touch video intercoms and SIP sound columns in its Phase II factory area.

Equiinet Solution：The Internet of Everything Communication System - Broadcast Version allows for easy capacity expansion. Without changing any hardware, customers can simply add software licenses to achieve system expansion effortlessly.

For its Phase I factory area, Lizhen Precision has launched 200 terminals, mainly consisting of SIP sound columns and one-touch video intercoms. For Phase II expansion, 60 licenses have been added, incorporating 60 additional sound columns and one-touch alarm devices. The same expansion model will be adopted for the future Phase III factory area.
