You may forget to save that configuration.

JustINA：Click “OK” after making changes and saving them.

Sina：Click “Save” after making changes to the general configuration, reboot after saving the gateway changes, reload after saving the distributor changes.

Jiebao 60：Save and apply after modifying the configuration.
