Part 1 -- Requirements of Smart Park
In the new park, there are several telephone lines, hundreds of employees need to use the telephone to communicate with outside, they want to deploy a set of IP communication systems, and meet the following requirements:
Requirement 1 : Unify management and link with multiple systems. eg paging, security camera, IoT sensors, etc.

Equiinet's IoE IP communication system, not only has perfect voice communication features , but also can be linked with paging, access control, security camera, walkie-talkie, and IoT sensors to meet enterprise's demand for unified management and efficient maintenance.
Requirement 2: Daily free office calls between different buildings.
( 1 ) Optical transmission is used between buildings to realize interworking, ensure efficient data transmission.
( 2 ) The IP communication system, with voice communication functions, such as free calls among extensions, call forwarding, call transfer, multi-party conference, CDR, call recording, etc., can maximize to meet the daily communication demands of the staff and improve communication efficiency.
Requirement 3 : Wi-Fi coverage is completed inside the park to ensure that all staff in the park will be able to connect in network for free mobile communication. And out of Wi-Fi coverage areas , walkie-talkies can be deployed to communicate with IP phones.
As long as the staff is in Wi-Fi coverage area, they can use the portable handheld Wi-Fi phone to talk with their colleagues or the central control room, to meet the demands of mobile communication on patrol.
Out of Wi-Fi coverage areas , will be able to use walkie-talkies to connect with IP Communication system.
( 1 ) Local installation of walkie-talkie gateway and walkie-talkie, communicate via frequency.
( 2 ) Walkie-talkie gateway connects with the IP Communication System via SIP protocol.
The real situation: IP phones in the center control room can communicate with several staff by walkie-talkie quickly.
Requirement 4 : Deploying one-touch alarm terminal in parking lots ensures that vehicles will be able to get help on time when they face any difficulties.
install a One-Click alarm columns at solitary sites of parking lot. After alarming, the control room can not only talk to the person who needs help but also know the situation through the camera of the terminal, and will be able to call the patrol officer with portable Wi-Fi phones or walkie-talkies through the IP phones to quickly rescue.
Requirement 5 : Special areas such as warehouses, deep-water areas, roofs, etc., can install the "AI Smart Camera" as security guard, and when any danger will be detected, remote alarms will maintain the security of park.
a) “AI Smart Camera” can be deployed in warehouses, machine rooms and roofs as security guards. It will give the alarm to the center control room automatically when detects the dangerous situation.
b) The center control room can see the real-time monitoring screen, you can also talk to the person through phones.
Requirement 6 : Suppose that paging the factory, such as: zone paging, timing paging, music broadcasting and so on.
a. If the park needs a new paging system, it is recommended to deploy broadcast speaker that supports SIP protocol, and IP broadcasting can be fixed through the IP phone system.
b. If the park hopes to utilize the old paging system, then need to deploy a broadcast gateway to connect on IP phone system and fixed IP paging.
Requirement 7 : Visitors who wish to visit the company's leader. He/she should press the bell through the visual access control first, the leader will be able to see the visitors by video phone, and after confirmation, can open the door remotely.
Requirement 8 : Combined with IoT sensors , it creates an intelligent park and intelligently monitors the temperature, humidity, smoke, air quality and other states in the park.
When the IoT sensor detects any abnormality, it's immediately alarms the center control room, and the IP phone will ring in the center control room.
